Job Summary:
We are actively searching for a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media expertise and an exceptional eye for detail. We are seeking a candidate who excels in growing audiences and extending brand reach.

As a Marketing Specialist at H7FF, you will have a significant impact on our success by crafting and maintaining our unique brand voice, as well as developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our CEO to identify innovative strategies that heighten brand awareness, generate leads, and create captivating promotional materials across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Your expertise in crafting engaging graphics, compelling copy, and video content will be essential in achieving our goals.

This is a part-time, 20-30 hours per week position during US Central business hours.


Experience you must have:
– 2 or more years of marketing experience, including strategy, content creation, and aesthetic design
– 2 or more years of experience working with international clients in the Business and/or Life Coaching Industry
– Strong graphic design, copywriting, and video editing skills
– Solid foundation in social media management and marketing across multiple platforms
– Ability to create reels and engaging stories
– Ability to craft compelling captions and hashtags for different platforms
– Strong analytical capabilities, including determining the best time to post and formulating monthly content strategies
– Understanding of audience growth strategies
– Proficiency in content writing and repurposing
– Familiarity with AI tools
– Ability to effectively engage with comments and direct messages

Marketing Specialist Tasks for this Role:
– Take direction and work closely with the CEO
– Conduct Marketing Research
– Collaborate with CEO on Marketing Strategy
– Map out Calendar for Social Media Content for FB, IG, and LinkedIn
– Provide Guidance to Social Media Graphics
– Provide Insights on Captions and Hashtags for Marketing Campaigns
– Monitor Social Media Analytics


– Will start as a Part-time role, 20-30 hours per week
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
– Powerful personal computer
– Excellent English verbal and written skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field


Work Hours and Schedule: CST

Rate or Salary range: $8-$12 USD/hr based on experience
