We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent with Team Musso Realty Connect USA, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our experienced real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a go-getter attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong proficiency in utilizing Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM system, as well as the Mojo sell dialer.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
•Utilize various channels to generate and qualify leads, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
•Engage with potential clients to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
Follow-Up and Relationship Building:
•Implement effective follow-up strategies using Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM to nurture leads and maintain regular communication.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and valuable communication.
Appointment Setting:
•Schedule appointments for real estate professionals based on client needs and availability.
•Ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive information to facilitate successful client interactions.
Performance Metrics:
•Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
•Provide regular updates on key performance metrics to team leaders and management.
CRM Utilization:
•Demonstrate proficiency in using Follow Up Boss or similar CRM to manage and organize leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent or a similar role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
•Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or a similar CRM system and Mojo sell dialer is highly desirable.
Must have:
Noise canceling Headset
Webcam
Quiet work space
Works on atleast 2 screens
Has backup internet connection and power
Starting Rate: $10/hour plus bonuses
