Overview:

The Oldfather Companies, which includes a top-producing real estate company, mortgage company, and insurance company, is seeking an experienced Recruiting Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic Recruiting Team. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment appointments for the Head of Recruiting and the Leadership team, effectively balancing support across our diverse companies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and manage recruitment appointments for potential real estate agents, mortgage loan originators, and insurance agents.
– Make outbound calls to potential recruits using provided scripts.
– Engage in warm inbound recruitment leads.
– Build immediate rapport with potential recruits via phone conversations.
– Document all client communication in the CRM and utilize various company systems for managing appointments.
– Articulate company values and confidently guide recruitment conversations.
– Handle additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or similar role.
– Proficient in making outbound recruiting calls and setting appointments.
– Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– High level of discretion and professionalism.
– Friendly, driven, and outgoing demeanor.
– Experience in generating and nurturing leads.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Compensation:
– Starting at $5 per hour.
