REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and present property information clearly.
• Knowledge in working in a Canadian Market
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate deals and contracts, balancing client needs with company objectives to close transactions successfully.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within commercial real estate or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market, including trends, property values, and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Lead Generation Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Needs Assessment: Identify and understand the needs of customers to recommend the most suitable products or services.
• Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights to improve performance.
