Sales Specialist Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth by recruiting new business leads. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments and is passionate about sales and customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

– Engage with customers via email, phone, and SMS to promote our trade program and guide them through the purchasing process.

– Conduct outbound sales for both qualified and unqualified leads.

– Foster existing customer relationships to drive sales.

– Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to new and existing customers.

– Reach out to influencers and content creation partners on various social media platforms.

– Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and provide progress updates to leadership.

 

Qualifications:

– 5 years of experience in outbound sales.

– 3 years of experience in customer service

– Strong sales and communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Basic familiarity with CRM software (ZenDesk)

– Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.

– Comfortable with quantitative and data-driven approaches.

 

– Salary: 65k to 70k pesos monthly, including hourly compensation and commission per closed lead. Sales specialists are also eligible for additional commission based on future revenue generated from closed leads.

 

– Schedule: 9AM-6PM PST, with flexibility based on the candidate’s needs.
