We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master / Agile Lead / Delivery Manager to guide and inspire our development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams, implementing agile practices, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Key Objectives

  • Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track team performance.
  • Inspire, organize, and support teams, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve controversial issues in internal and external interactions, seeking win-win solutions.
  • Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches to align with overall strategy.
  • Promote continuous improvement by setting goals, defining milestones, and assigning responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Agile procedures, including PIP planning, iterations, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct assessments of engineers and product team leads.
  • Maintain a general development plan in Jira, monitoring deadlines and task completion.
  • Coordinate 3 development teams, ensuring autonomy and operational efficiency.
  • Propose effective methods and approaches to achieve business results in alignment with company priorities.
  • Build and maintain realistic planning and execution processes with teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Define and utilize key metrics to analyze and improve team performance.
  • Effectively manage conflicts and train teams to handle challenges proactively.
  • Act as facilitator, process manager, mentor, and change agent, contributing to organization-level process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Leader, or similar role in development/testing teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to plan iterations, resolve conflicts, and remove bottlenecks.
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings and interacting with multiple management levels.
  • Experience conducting team assessments and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Systems thinker capable of seeing the big picture and identifying root causes.
  • Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Certifications in Leadership, Agile Leadership, Scrum Mastering, or People Management.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Certification as Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
  • Educational background in Computer Science or related field.
