Position: SEO and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to help us achieve our growth objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Optimization: Enhance our website to maximize traffic and improve Google rankings.
  • SEO and Social Media Audits: Conduct thorough audits to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, covering all our services including buyer agent, business sales, and finance.
  • Franchise Recruitment: Attract and recruit new franchisees/brokers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate at least 20 leads per month per franchisee/broker.
  • Direct Marketing: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and target a database for direct marketing.
  • Web Scraping: Gather business listings and investment clients through website scraping.
  • Process Learning: Understand and learn our business and buyers agent processes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular website SEO reports and social media engagement reports.

 

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing (social media management) with a strong background in SEO.

Software & Tools Knowledge:

  • SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Web scraping tools (e.g., FIndymail)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)

 

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in social media content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and direct marketing.
  • Experience in website scraping and data gathering.
