Shipping & Operations Coordinator

Contractor needed for Canadian Logistics company!

Looking to hire :
Female – 25 to 45 yrs old

WORK FROM HOME / REMOTE / HOME-BASED

WORK SCHEDULE: Night/Morning Shift
• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (may adjust by 1 hour due to Daylight Savings Time)
• 2 FULL TIME POSITION: Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a working laptop/desktop and WiFi/internet
At least a college graduate
Good English communication skills (via email and phone)
Knowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs) is a MUST
Fast learner
Experience in the Logistics Industry required
Experienced with online-based work

TASKS:
Office Admin
Data Entry (via Excel / Google Sheets, etc.)
Calling and emailing truckers/shippers/receivers
Updating and following up with client’s customers
Coordinating with other departments in the company
