REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience as a Travel Content Writer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of travel-related writing.
· Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
· Proficiency in conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices in content writing.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and uploading content on WordPress.
· Basic knowledge of image resizing and optimisation techniques.
· Experience using Canva to create graphics and visuals is a plus.
· Strong understanding of various social media platforms and how to share and engage content effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create captivating and well-researched travel content for our website, blog, and marketing channels.
· Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Conduct keyword research for SEO optimisation, driving organic traffic to our platforms.
· Upload and format content on WordPress, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
· Resize and optimise images to enhance the visual appeal of our travel content.
· Utilise Canva to design eye-catching graphics and visuals for enriched storytelling.
· Share and promote content on Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter for expanded online reach.
· Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality content output.
