We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in digital marketing and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.

 

Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and data entry.
-Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising campaigns.
-Manage CRM systems, databases, and client communications.
-Handle marketing tasks such as preparing property listings, newsletters, and promotional materials.
-Coordinate and assist with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups.
-Conduct market research and data analysis as needed.
-Support the real estate team with transaction coordination and documentation, if applicable.

 

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with strong administrative skills.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
