We are a corporate housing company that provides high-quality, fully furnished apartments to business travelers and individuals across Canada. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation efforts and help us grow our direct bookings in Winnipeg and other locations.

Job Description:
The Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation will be responsible for generating leads and endorsing them to our Account Manager. They will use a range of strategies to identify and reach out to potential clients, including cold emailing, cold calling, social media outreach, and content marketing. The VA will also work closely with our account manager to ensure that high-quality leads are followed up on in a timely and effective manner.


-Identify potential clients through research and outreach. emphasis on corporate companies that often use furnished rentals.
-Generate leads using a range of strategies, including cold emailing, social media outreach, and content marketing
-Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our CRM system
-Work closely with our account manager to ensure that high-quality leads are followed up on in a timely and effective manner
-Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation strategies, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
-Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


-Proven experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Attention to detail and ability to spot opportunities for growth and improvement
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Comfortable working with technology, including lead generation software, CRM tools, and marketing automation software
-Knowledge of the corporate housing industry is a plus
-Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
-Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Rate or Salary range: $5 – $8 CAD/hr
