29 years of age, and took BS Information Technology in System Technology Institute (STI) graduated last May 2014. Knowledgeable in Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Basic Cisco, Active Directory, CRM Software.
I started my career as a customer service representative way back in 2015. Worked usually in US Accounts handled, technical, financial, billing, and even sales.
I’ve been in the Business Process Outsource (BPO) industry for 5 years. When I started in BPO, I was a chat support agent using CRM-RightNow for a chat. I was trained to take 3 chats at the same time, so I managed to multi-tasking doing notes while talking to a customer and assisting with their concerns whether it was billing, tech issues, questions with sales, or even entertaining sales such as upselling. After I ended my employment in Chat Support, I was hired as a voice agent in a US healthcare account as well to assist with financial or billing concerns, so I was conscious when speaking to a customer especially if it’s their healthcare account concerns due to HIPAA that may remove me from my job in case that I make mistakes, but that didn’t happen because I was really careful when I was back there. After that, I was hired by an IT Company and was employed as IT Service Desk support who handles technical issues, whether hardware or software. Back in the day, I was an IT Service Desk Rep, we uses ACTIVE DIRECTORY as our main tool to support the employees in an Australian Bank. Now, I’m currently hired as a Reports/Data Analyst in one of the Telco company in the Philippines. As a Reports Analyst I do daily reports to the managers such as agent’s AHT, CSAT Scores, Reliability and even an admin tasks such as ticket creation. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft offices such as excel sheet, word, and even power point.
Have an experience with ads manager in tiktok, can confidently engage with partners/clients. Knows how to use Sendgrid. Answering emails with or without template. Fast typer average 65 WPM.
I totally understand that here in as a Virtual Assistant, I may do multi-tasking, but that’s not gonna be a problem since I am used to it. I may do night shift, but that’s not gonna be a problem since I am used to it. Hiring me would be a total package and great asset in your company.
