- Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a CS Manager for ECommerce Product
- With an excellent communication skills written and oral
- Has a proven track record of process improvement and writing SOPs (Six Sigma Level or Project Management is a plus)
- Expertise in using Gorgias or Zendesk is a must
- Has a flexibility to work with customer support working 24/7
Salary: $1800 to $2000 Monthly
With Paid Leaves and Yearly Appraisal
