Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Providing information about products and services.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

 

Employment: WFH | Full-time & Graveyard PH Time

(8 am – 5 pm CST)

Rate: $4 per hour

Payout: Weekly
