Job Title: Executive Assistant (Work from Home)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives, including managing calendars, virtual meetings, and travel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of emails and communications efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with event planning, special projects, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain and organize records, filing systems, and databases with accuracy.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar clerical/administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Experience managing a large volume of emails and communications.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knows how to use ChatGPT is a plus.
