Essential Job Functions/Duties

«Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries

«Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks

«Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing with key
action points to all participants.

«Take ownership of the product development admin, creating critical path and involving
the relevant department heads where needed.

«Manage product information (launches, collection overview and sample movement)

«Document all product life cycle, from CAD launch, prototyping, sampling etc

«Maintaining range product matrix and updating where needed

«Assisting sales team with new line forms

«Book transport and accommodation for key events

«Daily Ad hoc and administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications Required

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisation and time management skills

Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently

Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity
software tools

Discretion and tact

Strong communication skills with good command of the English language

Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm UK time
