Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Oversee email correspondence and prioritize emails for timely responses.

Efficiently handle calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

Assist in the preparation of reports & proposals.

Perform data entry tasks in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Gsuite and other relevant software.

Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.

 

Job Type: Full-Time (PST) M-F

Rate: $6-7 (Probational rate)
