Quickflip Construction is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee Customer Success, manage our SDR (Sales Development Representative) Department, and lead the Sales Department. This key role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving new initiatives, optimizing sales strategies, and leading the rollout of an AI-based calling program to enhance customer engagement and conversions.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Customer Success Team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention

Oversee the SDR Department, ensuring lead generation and pipeline development meet company goals

Manage the Sales Department, setting sales targets and motivating the team to achieve them

Work closely with the CEO to plan and execute new initiatives to drive growth

Plan, implement, and optimize an AI-based calling program to improve outreach and customer conversions

Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and processes

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

Strong understanding of customer success principles and sales strategies

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments

Experience with AI tools or related technologies, and how they can be leveraged for sales

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Salary: Based on experience
