Virtual Assistant Needed – Busy Banker & Family

We are a busy family of four (plus our dog) based in Dubai, frequently traveling internationally. I’m a banker with a high-intensity schedule, and we need a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our personal life admin and travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate complex family travel (flights, hotels, pet-friendly arrangements, visas, transfers)

•  Handle day-to-day personal admin (appointments, school/family schedules, bookings, reservations)

•  Manage household logistics, vendor coordination, and paperwork

•  Email/calendar management and general life organization

•  Occasional research and special projects

Requirements:

•  Strong organizational and communication skills

•  Experience with travel booking and complex schedules (highly preferred)

•  Discretion, reliability, and ability to work independently

•  Comfortable with fast-paced environments and occasional urgent requests

•  Excellent English; additional languages a plus

This is a remote/virtual position with flexible hours, but availability during UAE business hours is important. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
