What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of our team, you’ll take on a variety of tasks that help drive success on Amazon, including:

Scouting and sourcing wholesale products.
Managing emails and responding to inquiries.
Evaluating price lists and negotiating with suppliers.
Building and optimizing product listings with keywords.
Conducting keyword research to maximize visibility.
Managing Amazon brand strategy and performance optimization.
Creating and maintaining SOPs and KPIs.
Collaborating with team members to elevate brand success on Amazon.

Tools & Software You’ll Use

Required: Helium 10, Google Sheets, SmartScout.
Preferred (but not mandatory): ClickUp, Nethunt CRM.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week).
Schedule: EST hours (specific hours negotiable).
Compensation: $3–$6/hour, based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience with wholesale product sourcing and Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus):

SEO knowledge and keyword optimization.
PPC advertising experience.
Customer service expertise.
Graphic design skills.

Workspace Requirements

Reliable internet speed (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload).
A computer with Windows or Mac OS (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM).
Updated MS Office software.
Noise-canceling headset with a functional mic.
Clear webcam for virtual meetings.
Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
