We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with extensive experience in CRM systems and sales pipeline management to oversee the implementation of podcast to prospect system for our clients. If you’re passionate about driving client success by optimizing sales processes and leveraging technology, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management Analyze client sales pipelines to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
Set up and configure CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level or similar) to align with client sales processes.
Implement and manage automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
Regularly track, analyze, and report on pipeline performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates. - Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Lead onboarding calls to understand client business goals and challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and updates to clients as their projects progress. - Business Offering Restructure Collaborate with clients to revamp their service offerings and create compelling video-based pitches.
Advise on pricing, positioning, and messaging to improve lead generation and sales performance. - Content Creation & Podcast Management Oversee podcast production, including content planning, research, and promotional strategies.
Ensure content aligns with client branding and positions them as industry authorities. - Facebook Ads Setup & Oversight Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage ad campaigns that drive results.
Oversee top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel ad strategies, focusing on re-engaging prospects. - Project Management Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless execution of all client projects. - Sales Team Coordination Work with cold email experts, cold callers, and SMS messengers to re-engage leads and capture new opportunities.
Ensure alignment between sales team activities and overall pipeline goals.
Skills
- CRM Expertise: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, including setup, customization, and reporting.
Ability to create and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and pipeline stages.
Experience diagnosing pipeline bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales and marketing metrics to provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools to present performance updates to clients. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable presenting complex technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner. - Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects.
Familiarity with project management tools like Click up. - Relationship-Building: Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
A proactive and empathetic approach to client needs and concerns. - Digital Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Facebook Ads, email marketing tools, and content creation processes.
Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Previous experience in B2B account management, client success, or sales support roles. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Go High Level, or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Instantly). - Availability: Ability to work during Central Time to support client needs.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Results-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs related to client retention and sales performance.
