AI MARKETING

We are looking for an AI obsessed Virtual Assistant who loves building smart systems, experimenting with creative tools, and is excited to implement those solutions inside a cool US fintech startup that is changing the world.

If you are enthusiastic about design, creative content, AI video, and social media innovation, you will probably thrive here. But this role is not limited to social media. We are looking for someone who understands that AI can transform the entire business, from marketing to operations.

Your mission is to help us build AI driven systems across marketing (and internal operations).

You will work directly with the COO to design automated ecosystems where AI handles execution, while you bring the creativity, structured thinking, smart prompting, and entrepreneurial mindset behind it.

This is not a senior architect position. We are looking for someone hands-on, creative, and execution focused. Someone who may have started in social media or marketing, but evolved into using AI to improve processes, and maybe even build bots, and automate real workflows (a bonus).

What You Will Do

• Marketing & Creative AI Systems
• Create GPT/Gems/bots/agents
• Build automated social media systems powered by AI
• Create AI-generated videos, images, and visual storytelling assets
• Develop structured content calendars
• Craft strong, creative prompts that elevate AI output
• Support AI-optimized SEO and discovery strategies
• Design lead generation and outreach systems
• Tools & Platforms
• AI video and image generation tools
• LLMs and AI systems
• AI agent ( or AI builders)
• Workflow platforms such as Make.com and Zapier – (A bonus if you can do it, but not a must).

Who You Are

• Experienced as a Virtual Assistant, marketing assistant, or social media specialist
• Or the area of computer science and automation.
• Already working with AI tools and learning new ones every day
• Creative and design-oriented, but also structured and systems-driven
• Think beyond posting content and focus on building scalable systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive
• Comfortable moving between marketing creativity and operational execution

It is even better if you can :

• Identify repetitive tasks and convert them into AI-powered agents
• Build bots that handle reporting, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Create internal tracking systems for traction and performance
• Improve internal processes using automation and AI workflows
• Support general business operations using intelligent systems

This role is for someone who wants to blend creativity with automation and help redesign how a growing company operates using AI.
