Job Title: Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant

 

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Amazon FBA platform and experience in managing product listings, inventory, and customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and managing order fulfillment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings and inventory on Amazon
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales performance
  • Monitor product reviews and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle order fulfillment, including managing shipments and tracking numbers
  • Conduct research on product trends, competitors, and market analysis
  • Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and other platforms
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA platform and e-commerce best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Experience with Amazon advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa is preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work remotely and on a flexible schedule
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Amazon FBA management or related field
