Role Description

• This is a part-time remote role for a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter at Growth Architects LLC. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, setting up appointments, and updating the CRM system with relevant information. The Cold Caller/Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead generation process.

• 3-5 years Cold calling and Appointment setting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and persistence

Training & Pay Details:

1st Week of Training: Pay is $60/week, with an expectation to complete 20 hours of training.

2nd Week and Beyond: Pay is $100/week. You are expected to book at least 1 meeting per day (5 meetings per week) and to complete 20 hours of work.

Incentives: If you can book more than 5 appointments in a week and maintain a show-up rate of at least 35%, you will receive an additional incentive of $5 for each appointment booked.

Other details:

Absences and Performance Management: There can be no lates and no absences during the 1st week of training. If you are absent during this week, you won’t be paid and will be let go. It’s essential to show up on time; if you are late more than once, you will also be let go.

Post-Training Absences: There will be a $20 deduction for every absence after training, with a maximum of one absence allowed per month; more than that will result in termination.

Performance Expectations: After training, you are expected to book at least 1 appointment per day (5 per week). If you can get 3 meetings in a day, you can call it a day and log out. If you fail to meet 5 appointments in a week, you will receive a warning and be given another chance (1 more week).
