JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
HOURS: Sunday to Friday
COMPENSATION: $6.50/hour
Skills Required:
  • MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment (Dispatching company, travel assistance, delivery/transportation account)
  • Being SME, Trainer or Team Leader is a plus.
  • This is not a typical Manager role where you will handle a team, you need to take outbound/inbound calls. The additional responsibilities are: You will provide feedback in the scripting, listen to calls, and collaborate with the client.
Job Description
  1. Schedule appointments
  2. Confirm appointments
  3. Manage geography/routing of set appointments
  4. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
  5. Provide Customer Service
  6. Manage sales team schedules
  7. Text and Email correspondence with clients / sales team
  8. Other tasks as assigned
