Job Summary:

Food Handler Solutions LLC. is an online education firm servicing food handlers across the United States. As the job requires daily contact with our customers in multiple locations the ideal candidate for this position will possess: an eagerness to continue learning and a mature, pleasant, professional attitude toward others at all times.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience and Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Effective customer support via Zendesk
– Active oversight of social media channels
– Precise data entry and management

Qualifications:
– Strong English communication skills
– Customer service experience is a MUST
– Strong attention to detail
– Social media management skills
– Organizational and multitasking abilities
– Team player
– Proficiency or willingness to learn the following software applications that we use on a daily basis is a plus (Zendesk, WordPress, Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.), Amazon S3, Dropbox, Stripe)

Work Duration: Long Time
Work Hours and Schedule: 6 hrs a day, 4 days a week with 3 days off including the weekends
