Data Admin – Partner Support – Role Overview

Description:

The Data Administrator, Partnerships & Marketing is responsible for completing recurring and one-off projects that require analyzing and presenting data for our partners, as well as completing time-sensitive data entry tasks. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years prior experience working with high volumes of data, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and enjoy finding efficiencies in their workflows. The role will collaborate closely with all functions on the Partnerships team, including Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Partner Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating slide decks, quarterly and annual reports, and packaging data exports for external stakeholders
  • Data entry across multiple platforms (spreadsheets, several web-based portals)
  • Deploying mail merge campaigns end to end
  • E-faxing and referral processing, as needed
  • Data cleaning of CRM records, as needed

Skill Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with the Google tools suite a strong plus (Sheets, Slides, Documents, and file storage)
  • Experience with basic data visualization (charts, tables, trends)
  • Salesforce CRM experience a strong plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Familiarity with design tools Canva
  • Strong basic tech fluency, e.g. typing speed, keyboard shortcuts, comfort in a multiscreen environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
