Product Onboarding Specialist

Urgent hiring!

Work set up: Fully remote, M-F 9 am – 6 pm EST

Pay: $1300 – $1500 USD through Gusto

Requirements:

– Must have a degree in nutrition, dietetics, or food technology

– Preferrably with experience in handling clients or customers

– Extroverted and with impeccable English

– Empathetic and able to identify customer needs

Day to day task:

– Help new customers onboard with the product through scheduled video or phone call (training will be provided)

– Handle customer tickets only when there is a need
