Hiring: Senior Project Coordinator (sales/marketing projects) with US clients experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with different departments to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact involved in sales projects, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes, and generate reports as needed for management review.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and tools, such as Agile techniques, Jira or Clickup.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
