Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English Manage and organize client calendars (appointments, follow-ups, scheduling)
- Call clients for updates, confirmations, and basic follow-ups
- Assist with social media posting (scheduled posts, basic updates) Organize files, documents, and client information
- Provide general administrative support and day-to-day assistance
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, neutral accent
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling client calls
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Experience in administrative assistance or virtual assistance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of calendars, social media platforms, and online tools
- Can work Pacific time, 9-5 pm
