Job Description:
We are seeking a Guest Support Manager to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional service and support to guests staying at our short-term rental properties. As a Guest Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized assistance throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest, contractors and vendors inquiries, requests, and concerns via various communication channels (phone, email, messaging platforms).
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our rental properties, amenities, policies, and local attractions to assist guests in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance and cleanliness issues.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a guest support or customer service role is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make reasonable decisions independently.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using various communication and productivity tools.
