We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day tasks and will be adept at using Canva, with bonus points for proficiency in Photoshop. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

– Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

– Create visual content using Canva (Photoshop experience is a plus).

– Book flights, hotels, and manage travel itineraries.

– Conduct research as needed.

– Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

– Handle Email correspondence.

– Perform general administrative duties and support tasks.

– Assist with social media content creation and management, including Twitter Spaces.

– Write and edit content copy.

 

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

– Must have own desktop/laptop

– Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable

– DSL or Wifi with atleast 10MBPS speed

– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

– Proficiency in Canva; experience with Photoshop is a plus.

– Experience with Web3 is a plus but not required.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

– Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

– Basic experience with social media content creation and management.

 

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

– Full time

– Permanent Work from home

– $800-$1,000/month starting salary or PHP28,000++ bi-weekly (every other Friday)
