Role: Customer Support (Full-time)

Rate: $5/hour (starting pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday/9AM-5PM EST

 

Responsibilities:

– Efficiently handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.

– Conduct engaging software demos, showcasing the unique features of our product.

– Expertly manage and analyze customer data using Excel spreadsheets.

– Log, track, and resolve customer interactions through our CRM system.

– Collaborate with our tech team to address complex issues and provide valuable feedback.

 

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years of customer support experience in the SaaS or technology sector, preferably with a background in real estate.

– Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and experience managing customer support via live chat and email.

– Excellent communication skills and a strong technical aptitude.

– Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a high-quality video conferencing setup.

 

NOTE: If you have at least 1 year in US real estate or using the actual software, your application will be highly preferred and prioritized!
