Schedule: Mon-Fri Australian Business Hours
Rate: 8 USD per hour
Duties:
✅Managing the day-to-day accounting transactions
✅Preparing the monthly accounts
✅Reconciliation, preparation, and lodgment of monthly or quarterly business activity statements (BAS)
✅Reconciling bank accounts
✅Managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment, via domestic batch payment and international payment
✅Managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments
✅Processing payroll and other related payroll tasks
✅Basic HR administrative tasks
✅Workcover Lodgements
✅Payroll Tax lodgements
✅Assist in lodgement of US sales tax returns.

✅Receipt Bank
✅Approval Max
✅Excel
✅Can do attitude
