Job Title: Executive Assistant (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives, including managing calendars, virtual meetings, and travel.
 - Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Manage, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of emails and communications efficiently.
 - Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
 - Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
 - Assist with event planning, special projects, and other administrative tasks as required.
 - Maintain and organize records, filing systems, and databases with accuracy.
 
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar clerical/administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
 - Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
 - Experience managing a large volume of emails and communications.
 - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a virtual environment.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 - Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
 - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
 - Knows how to use ChatGPT is a plus.
