We’re looking for an account manager with sales experience to work for an SEO company.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • willing to work in a graveyard shift
  • team-oriented
  • knowledge of SEO is a plus but not required
  • strong customer and communication skills
  • critical thinker and problem-solving skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate to clients, team, and management about strategy and project development, timelines, and results
  • Maintain and build strong, trusted customer relationships
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Bruce Jones SEO’s  products and services, assist customers with questions, and suggest the best products for their needs
  • Actively respond to customer feedback, continuously elevating the customer experience
