Join our dynamic team at Nascor Trading! We’re looking for a resourceful and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our multifaceted design consultation and international trading business. If you thrive in a role that blends administrative prowess with research and due diligence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business and market research to support client projects and market entry strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks including drafting contracts, sponsorship decks, and proposals.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure project timelines are met.
- Compile and organize business documentation, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with global partners to gather product information, brochures, and updates.
- Maintain comprehensive records in Excel, complete with relevant data, links, and images.
- 5-6 hours per day or Full time 8 hours per day depending on final detailed agreement, meaning we’re flexible if you’re able to complete tasks quickly.
- GMT +3 timezone i.e. Istanbul timezone
- $5 USD per hour salary
- First 30 days will be trial period but will be paid full salary as per hours worked
Ideal Candidate:
- Has excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Is adept in office administration and document preparation.
- Enjoys research and has a knack for gathering and managing information effectively.
- Is proficient in Excel and able to curate detailed reference sheets.
- Is self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and keep track of multiple projects.
