Join our dynamic team at Nascor Trading! We’re looking for a resourceful and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our multifaceted design consultation and international trading business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business and market research to support client projects and market entry strategies.
  • Manage administrative tasks including drafting contracts, sponsorship decks, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Compile and organize business documentation, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
  • Communicate effectively with global partners to gather product information, brochures, and updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in Excel, complete with relevant data, links, and images.
  • 5-6 hours per day or Full time 8 hours per day depending on final detailed agreement, meaning we’re flexible if you’re able to complete tasks quickly.
  • GMT +3 timezone i.e. Istanbul timezone
  • $5 USD per hour salary
  • First 30 days will be trial period but will be paid full salary as per hours worked

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Is adept in office administration and document preparation.
  • Enjoys research and has a knack for gathering and managing information effectively.
  • Is proficient in Excel and able to curate detailed reference sheets.
  • Is self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and keep track of multiple projects.
