Role Overview:

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for researching and identifying decision-makers at CFD brokers and Prop firms in Australia, the UK, Cyprus, Israel, and Dubai. They will send personalized invitations on LinkedIn and schedule meetings with the CEO to discuss our marketing services. This role requires excellent research skills, strong organisation skills, and a proactive approach to setting appointments with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct research to identify key decision-makers at CFD brokers and Prop firms in target regions. This will be taught.

– Send personalized LinkedIn invitations to potential clients based on provided scripts.

– Follow up on LinkedIn messages to schedule meetings with the CEO.

– Maintain a detailed and organized database of all contacts and communications in Excel.

– Collaborate with the CEO to understand the marketing services offered and effectively communicate these to potential clients.

– Achieve and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

– Provide regular reports on outreach efforts and appointment-setting progress.

– Follow up promptly with responses from potential clients.

 

Requirements:

– Experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or marketing industry.

– Proficiency with LinkedIn and Microsoft Suite.

– Strong research skills and the ability to identify and target key decision-makers.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

– Ability to respond to LinkedIn messages within 2 minutes.

 

Success Metrics:

– Number of invitations sent each day: 25

– Response rate: 30%

– Response time: Under 2 minutes

– Number of meetings booked each week: 1
