Job Summary:

We are in search of a highly adept and seasoned Guest Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in guest relations, customer service, and a proven track record in expanding our short-term rental property portfolio. The primary focus of this role is to elevate guest satisfaction, cultivate positive relationships with property owners, and strategically grow our property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Devise strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Property Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for acquiring properties for short-term rentals.
  • Cultivate relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and secure favorable agreements with property owners.

Portfolio Management:

  • Collaborate with property owners to establish and uphold high-quality standards for their listings.
  • Monitor property performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth property onboarding.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential growth areas and target demographics.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance.
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners, providing updates on occupancy, pricing, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in guest relations and short-term rental property management.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new properties and negotiating agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the short-term rental market and awareness of industry trends.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Rate Starts at $8 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours
